San Diego County Fair Street Banner Models Needed January 14, 2019

We are looking for 40 smiling faces for this year’s San Diego County Fair Street Banners that don our streets for the whole month of June through the end of the fair.

We are seeking 40 residents of any age to be our models! We accept applications on a 1st come basis only. Fill out this application and photo release form below and the first 40 respondents will be accepted.

By filling in this field you are signing permission to allow you and your child to participate in the Model Photo Shoot for the SDCF 2020 Banner Program.

Photographic Use Permission Authorization I grant permission to the Rancho Peñasquitso Town Council and the SDCF and its agents, to use photographs taken of myself and/or my child's image on the date and at the location listed below for use in promotion in such items as street ads, print ads, television and exhibit display & signage, website advertising and publications electronic or otherwise, without notifying me. Images will not be used on items to be commercially sold. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph. I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Rancho de los Peñasquitos Town Council and SDCF and its agents, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product in whole or in part, whether on paper, via electronic media, or on websites, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.
