Coyote sightings and encounters are on the rise in Rancho Peñasquitos.

Join us for an Educational Seminar with the California Fish and Wildlife Wardens, Coyote experts and Gina Washington, Park Ranger, City of San Diego Parks and Recreation Department for a living and informative new tips and changes we can do to deal with the Coyotes amongst us.

  • Thank you to the organizers and presenters of this safety seminar. Twenty percent of us suffer from hearing loss, one out of every five people. When there is a presentation like this, it would be a great help to us to have the people speaking use a microphone for amplification, and for the videos shown to have captions if they are available. Otherwise, even those of us who have purchased and are wearing hearing aids will miss a lot of information. I was able to clearly hear Gina Washington and the woman who presented on coyote vests, the other people not so much, even though I was in the front row watching the faces of the speakers. I know it’s easy to forget the people struggling with an invisible disability, so mentioning it for future seminars. Thanks again.
