2018 PQ Volunteer of the Year Nomination

Nominations are now open for the PQ Volunteer of the Year.  Submit your nomination today.  The winner will be contacted by April 20, 2018, and will be award a special certificate and have their name added to the Volunteer of the Year Rock at Hilltop Community Park.  Submit your nomination today!

Filing deadline April 13, 2020 This Volunteer of the Year Nomination form must be received by the Town Council not later than 12 noon, Thursday, April 13, 2020. Self-nominations are permissible. The winner will be notified by telephone or email no later than April 20, 2020. The Award presentation will be made at the Fiesta de los Penasquitos May 3, 2020 at noon. A true local hero of PQ: GARY L. WHAITE (April 16, 1940-Sept. 26, 2004) of San Diego was born in Spokane, Wash., and was retired from AT&T. He was the chairman of the Landscape Commission for the Rancho Peñasquitos Town Council and a dedicated volunteer in our community for many years.
