RPPB PSA – The Rhodes Crossing Rezone, Community Plan Amendment Vote has been postponed .

Tonight’s Rancho Penasquitos Planning Board Meeting Agenda has been updated with a ‘postponement to hear’ the Agenda  Action Item 8:30 Rhodes Crossing Rezoning, Community Plan Amendment, vote.  “Action Item: Motion to approve PRJ- 1063437 – REZONE, COMMUNITY PLAN
AMENDMENT, VESTING TENTATIVE MAP & SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT,
PROCESS 5”

 
The meeting starts at 7:30 PM at the Rancho YMCA, upper lot, Studio 2. Parking is limited.  Park at the Salmon River & Fair Grove Lot.

PUBLIC ACCESS REVIEW PROCESS

Per the applicant, we will have the following for public review.

The community can rest assured that they will have the following opportunities for public comment:

  1. CEQA- During the Notice of Preparation (NOP) 30-day commenter period, the residents and planning group will be noticed and will be able to comment via mail/email and at a required public environmental scoping meeting.

  2. CEQA- When the EIR is released for public review, the public will have a 45-day comment period.

  3. Prior to Hearing “ The Project will be required to be presented to the Community Planning Group for a recommendation prior to the public hearing.

  4. Planning Commission/City Council “ The public will have the opportunity to comment on the Project at the public hearing for Project approval.
