  • Any idea what Can be done with renters in the neighborhood who won’t pull weeds in front yard? The place is an eyesore. The owner refuses to help. I need to know what to do l

    • Hi Bev,
      I’m sorry your neighbor isn’t being a good landlord. There is nothing we can do. He can trash his yard. If his yard overgrows into your yard then you can trim back but it isn’t clear that the tenant is responsible for the yard maintenance.
