  • I am interested in getting an update n Merge 56. Are they following the approved plan? Where can I access the plans. I would like to know as I live within walking distance.
    Is there still going to be a plaza with several restaurants around it?
    What percentage is leased compared to private homes?
    Will there be a park in the development and walking trails?

    I’m not a NMB but I would like to have these and many more questions answered.

      The best place to get these questions answered is at the Rancho Penasquitos Planning Board meetings held on the 1st Wednesday of each month at the YMCA, upper level, Studio A.
