25th Fiesta De Los Peñaquitos Booth Application
DEADLINE for Booth applications is April 11, 2020. There is a 10% late fee for Applications received after April 11, 2020.
** Program will be published April 18, 2020. Applications received after this date will NOT appear in the program.

Note: Please review pages 10-14 on insurance requirements. Required for all
organizations: Insurance coverage types, Policy numbers, Expirations dates
and Policy limits.
*Additional insured required language “The Rancho Penaquitos Town Council and The City of San Diego, its respective elected official officers, employees, a nd volunteers”
*Electricity hookup is 15 amps; call for quote over 15 amps. You must provide 20-foot, commercial type grounded extension cord.
** Corner Booth - You will be notified of which corner booths are still avaiable.
Vendor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Peñasquitos Town Council, and its respective board members, their officers, employees, agents, representatives and volunteers from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, expense, costs (including without limitation costs and fees of litigation) of every nature arising out of or in connection with Vendor’s activities of any nature associated with the Fiesta de Peñasquitos hereunder or its failure to comply with any of its obligations under state or local law, except for such claims for loss or damage which are caused by the sole negligence and/or willful misconduct of the Peñasquitos Town Council and/or its members, agents, employees or volunteers.
