27th Annual Vendor Booth Application

 

The 27th Annual Fiesta de los Penasquitos is on Saturday, May 11th, 2024 from 12pm “ 6pm. Vendor setup opens at 8 am. Setup must be complete by 11:30 am. All cars must be moved out by 11:00 am. Booth Registration DEADLINE for Booth applications is April 28th, 2024. *Electricity hookup is 15 amps; call for quote over 15 amps. You must provide 200-foot, commercial type grounded extension cord. ** Corner Booth - You will be notified of which corner booths are still available.

Vendor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Peñasquitos Town Council, and its respective board members, their officers, employees, agents, representatives and volunteers from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, expense, costs (including without limitation costs and fees of litigation) of every nature arising out of or in connection with Vendor’s activities of any nature associated with the Fiesta de Peñasquitos hereunder or its failure to comply with any of its obligations under state or local law, except for such claims for loss or damage which are caused by the sole negligence and/or willful misconduct of the Peñasquitos Town Council and/or its members, agents, employees or volunteers.
