Does Council have past applications on file? We have had boothes the last few years and the need for insurance coverage has been previously covered. What is the required Special Events Certification Form and where do I get a copy? Our proposed booth will be shared with the County Parks Rancho Penesquitos Adobe Doscents and the Los Californianos and will feature the history of the Rancho PQ and have some history books for sale and handouts as well as Plants and Water for tuose that donate for our restoration projects.
